# Staking

CROD - platform tokens that can be locked for a period from 7 to 730 days. By blocking tokens in the contract, users get a chance to redeem the allocation.

The blocking period is a multiplier that increases the number of your "Gravity" according to the formula:

$$
Gravity = CROD\*(\sqrt{days/2}) / 12
$$

where "days" is the number of blocking days
